Tri-Service Volleyball Invitation

41 Hercules RCACS (Regina) has invited us to the volleyball tournament they are hosting on 23 November, 2019. The tournament will be held at Pilot Butte School. Lunch will be provided. Parental drop off or carpool will be required as there will be no squadron transportation provided. Please be at Pilot Butte School by 9:00 AM on the 23rd.

Thank you for everyone who showed interest! We have quite a few to try out for our volleyball team. A team consists of eight members so please make sure you attend the practice so we can work together to create the best team to send to the competition.

Practice will be Wednesday 20 November at 18:30 (6:30 PM) at Wosley High School.

Captain Walton will be at Memorial Hall just after 18:00 (6:00 PM) to pick up any cadets who are attending this practice. (up to 6 cadets). Any cadets in Wosley who are attending can meet at the high school for 18:30 (6:30 PM)


Code of Conduct Forms

The Cadet Program has established a revised code of conduct. As such, all cadets and parents are required to sign this form. They will be sent out on 4 November and will be expected back on 18 November.

If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to an officer.

Level 5 Workshop

Those level 5’s signed up for the Level 5 Training Weekend need to see 2Lt Drew on Monday night to receive their offers of participation to sign and bring back the following week.

This weekend will be held in Dallas Valley from 29 November – 1 December.


2021 Easter Trip

Please start bringing back your forms for the easter trip on Monday night.

National Camp Applications

National summer camp applications are due back by 2 December. You must also include a copy of your current school marks by this date as well in order to be considered for the course you are applying for.

The following courses are considered national courses:
-International Air Cadet Exchange
-Glider Pilot Scholarship
-Power Pilot Scholarship
-Airport Operations
-Aircraft Maintenance
-Advanced Aerospace

Ground School will be held on Sunday, 24 November, 2019. The class will be held at the Regina Armoury (1600 Elphinstone) from 18:00- 21:00 (6PM-9PM)


Ground School

Ground school is open to all cadets who are interested in taking the gliding or power flying exams in early January 2020.

If you have any questions in regards to the application or the selection process please see an officer as there have been some changes to the selection process this year.

Please let Captain Walton know if you are attending ground school as there is paper work that needs to be completed.
