Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR)

Monday May 27

• ACR full parade and awards followed by cake and coffee.
• Dress is full uniform ties and tunics. Medals if you have been awarded one
• Cadets to be at the memorial hall at 545 PM to help with setup.
• Parade will start at 630 PM.
• All Guests will be seated by 620 PM

Veterans Memorial Park Cleanup

The squadron will be holding our annual citizenship activity on Sunday June 2, 2019. Once again we will be cleaning up the Veterans Memorial Park on North Railway Ave. This is a mandatory activity for all cadets.

Drop off at the Veterans Memorial Park @ 10 AM, June 2 2019.
Pickup 1 PM
Pizza for lunch will be provided @ 12 noon

Please bring:

• Water bottle
• Bug spray
• Hat
• Proper foot ware to work outside
• Yard cleaning tools: garden shears, lawn rakes, etc. We will provide the garbage bags and saws if required.

Summer Training Briefing

We will be holding a briefing for all cadets and their parents who are attending summer training. This short meeting will give us a chance to change out any small uniform parts or order new items, give out joining instructions, preliminary travel instructions and answer any questions you may have.

June 21 Indian Head Parade

Once again the squadron has been asked to lead the parade at the annual Indian Head Parade on June 21. Captain Walton will be unavailable to organize this due to a prior commitment. We are looking for a parent who can organize and plan this event. 4-6 cadets will march with flags at the head of the parade, 4-6 will had out candy and it would be nice to have a vehicle in the parade with out banner or a simple display. This is a good community recognition event for the squadron.
