Dress for Monday
Dress for Monday is C2 Tunic and Collar Shirt and Bow Tie with dress ribbons.
This is special dress for the mess dinner. Cadets will be loaned a bow tie to use for the event. The cadets have the option to wear a white collar shirt if they have one instead of the issued blue one. Do not go out a buy a white shirt specifically for this, its not required.

The exchange happens something like. All gifts are put into a pile and numbers are drawn. The first person picks a gift and opens it. The next person has the option to keep there gift or take the gift of another person.
Training Stand down 2018
The last night of cadets in 2018 will be Dec. 17 2018 and we will return to training on Jan.7 2019
Flying and Gliding Exam for selection boards
If your planning on writing the flying or gliding exam please let Captain Walton know. The deadline will be Monday Dec. 10. The exam will be taken locally in Early January. You do not need to attend ground school to write the exam.
Volunteer Screening
All parents are encouraged to become a screened volunteer. All parents who interact with cadets must have a police record check and an Air Cadet League volunteer screening completed.
2019 Summer Training
Believe it or not its time to start to thinking about 2019 Summer Training.
The training info will be updated on the About Us-> Summer Training page of the web site.
DEADLINE for Regional Camps is Jan 14. All Applications must be in on or before that day.
National Camp DEADLINE is Jan 7. This includes narrative letters and school marks. We will schedule a few nights to practice selection review board interviews. Captain Walton will need to know before Dec 17 if you plan on applying for a NATIONAL CAMP!
Please talk to any Officer or Staff about summer training. Its a great opportunity and fun time.
Cadet Skiing
We are planning to go skiing to Mission Ridge as an optional cadet activity. Once the date is finalized we will post here and on Facebook. Possible date if Jan 3 2019
