Monday is Aerospace night. The dress is civilian. please bring a ball cap.

Summer Training (Camp)

If you received a camp offer  please sign and return the form the the office the ASAP.

If you decline a camp offer the camp will be put back system and offer to another cadet.

Music Level Testing

Music Level Testing.
Do you play a musical instrument?
Would you like to achieve a music level proficiency badge?

There are a lot of cadets who play musical instruments in our squadron. Many are very skilled. Music Level Testing is a great way to add to your cadet resume and earn a qualification.

Easter Trip 2019

T-Minus 7 Days to secure your spot on the Easter Trip. If you plan on attending the Easter trip in April you have one week left to get your $200 deposit to the Parent Support Group. This fee will help to off set some of the cost and to provide a sense of ownership in the cadet for the trip. Cheques can be made out to 691 Hawk Squadron and given to the PSG. We want every cadet to attend, but we realize not everyone can afford the commitment fee. Please feel free to talk to the PSG chair or Captain Walton and we can work out some fundraising to cover the costs.

 A parent meeting with information and form signing will be held on Monday, April 8 evening. At least one parent must attend this meeting to sign the permission forms for the Easter trip. 

The Squadron will be offering a citizenship trip to Edmonton AB, during the Easter break April 22-26 2019.  Each Cadet will be asked to provide a non refundable commitment fee of $200.00 to secure their spot on the tour. This payment will be made to the parent support group before March 18, 2019.

This fee will help to offset the cost of the tour and to guarantee your spot. Please contact Captain Walton or Mrs. Severt if you have questions or concerns about the fee.

Update: The hotel rooms are reserved and the bus is booked. Some highlights of the trip will be; Water park at the West Ed Mall, Alberta Air Museum, Tour of S.T.A.R.S, Telephone Historical Center (full of retro tech), Mini-Golf, and the science center just to name a few. If you have a interesting activity let us know. Due the activity at the deployment army base we will not be having a base tour this year.
