Date April 12 -13 2023
Locations: Activities will take place in Davison and Saskatoon Sk.
Costs: All expenses will be provided by the 691 SSC, except for personal spending money. Cadet should only require a small amount of personal spending cash for a small souvenir or snack.
Transportation: Mini bus rental.
Accommodations: Hotel rental close to the Saskatoon International Airport. Cadets will be house 2 in a room, each cadet will get their own bed. I case of an odd number of cadets there will be 3 in a room.
Meals: All meals will be provided, except breakfast April 12, eat before you get on the bus. Meals will be a combination of fast and sit-down meals.
Dress: Dress for all events will be civilian attire. A kit list will be listed below.
Activities: We will tour a WWII p51 Mustang build in Davison Sk, Tour the Royal Canadian Legion room in Davison, Tour the Saskatchewan Aviation museum in Saskatoon, and conduct fam flying operation’s in Saskatoon at Mitchenson flying services. There will be a evening activity on April 12 TBD, most likely an escape room or some other group activity.
Code of conduct/release form: All cadets and parents will sign the code of conduct, parents will sign the release form. Cadets will follow and fully participate in all activities, if the cadet can not commit to full participation or does not agree to the code of conduct, please do not sign up.
